What are some suggested hotels?

I'm planning out my birthday party for April. I'm only turning 14, and it is the day after Easter. Since I'm only going to be 14 my mom is going to be doing the driving.
I was thinking about taking to of my chick friends and staying in a hotel out of town and going shopping and stuff.
But I was looking for a very affordable somewhat fancy hotel. I really love places like the Embassy but it's so expensive.
However, my dad travels a lot with work and usually has hotel points so that will help out.
What are some good suggestions, preferably a 2 room suite, since we will probably stay up all night and don't want to have to worry about being extremely quiet. Just like a living room type room and a bedroom.
Somewhere around the Heart of Texas - such as Dallas, Austin, Waco.. places like that.
