Small funky hotels in Austin?

The Austin Motel is completely booked the weekend I will be there. Are there any other simular hotels. I would prefer to saty near Congree Ave.

Mi Yard B&B is pretty cool it is a diy b&b of sorts. Cool caretakers.. close to town.. There aren't too many funky hotels on Congress most of the hotels in that area or downtown are the usual chains.

The Hotel San Jose is right next door. It's pricey, but small, funky, charming AND has the added bonus of regularly hosting celebrities. (If you stay there and see anyone, you have to come back here and tell us!)
