I don't know how far is from Austin to Dallas but I do know how far it is from Dallas to Austin. It is 195 miles which would take about 2 1/2 - 3hrs on(edited)hwy 77 or I-35. Just kidding about the first sentence. Hydrokat, just how would one get from Austin to Dallas on I 77??? That one runs from Ohio south to the Carolinas, it doesn't come anywhere CLOSE to Texas. If you meant US 77, I can kind of see your point, but since it's the same road as I 35 for the most part, I don't see why you would even call it 77... About 3 hours (and I'm talking downtown Dallas-- it can take two hours to get one from end to another of the Metroplex). It's one of the most boring drives. You can stop in West and pick up a Kolache. |
