Travel Info Doeas anyone from Austin, Tx know of a really cool place to have a rehearsal dinner? Travel Tips Depends. If you want scenery and good atmosphere, try the Oasis (although the food is not that spectacular). For great BBQ and a very laid back setting, try the Salt Lick (in Dripping Springs, not the one on 360). If you want 5 star, hoity-toity, the Driskill Grill is a good choice. Good steakhouse and fairly good seafood, then try the Austin Land and Cattle Company. These are all 'typically Austin' type places. Good luck! Others anywhere in austin is cool I had mine at Texas Land and Cattle. They have a private room for parties. The Salt Lick IS awesome. Also there is a place on town Lake that has got an awesome view. But dangit I cant think of its name. The oasis? Maybe the Broken Spoke for a very down home atmosphere... anywhere in Austin will be ahhhh-mazing! Austin can suit any needs. best of luck..... :-) |
