Moving back to Austin in the fall. What is the general rental amount for a 3/2 around 1200 square feet,? |
Travel Info to 1500 sq. ft. or so, fenced yard - preferably in the south area- (Wm. Cannon/Manchaca/Brodie area). I paid $1050 a few years ago and wanted to know how prices compare now). Travel Tips It depends on the age of it as well. We have been looking for 2/2 in that area with the low end being (in a decent apartment complex but NOT the nicest) $840 if that give you any idea. You might want to check out Buda or Kyle area...you can rent a house out there for around $1000. Others With the occupancy in Austin as high as it is, you'll be lucky to even find anything. i'm in the apartment business, trust me-LOOK NOW!!! You want a lot. I'd say at least $2000. From a financial standpoint, you would be better off buying. |
