My dad graduated from there with his law degree! There certainly is and it's quite difficult to get accepted, even if you are a UT undergraduate with a pre-law degree! Yes, and it is a very good school at that. Yes, and it's very good. There is a law school at UT Austin. It is currently ranked #18 on the US News official ranking of the nations's best law schools for 2008, and was ranked #16 last year I believe. Of the top 20 on the list, it has the lowest tuition rates- if you will have in state tuition, you will pay about half as much as the other good law schools, and even if you have to pay out-of state tuition for a year, it is still $10,000 less than all of the other schools.
