What is a good, reasonably priced (cheap!) hotel to stay at for the SXSW music festival in Austin next year?? |
Travel Info Hi....I'm going to the South-by-Southwest music festival in Austin next year and I want to get the hotel all sorted out way in advance. I know that all of the music venues are all over the place, so I'd like to find a hotel that was within walking distance to several venues, or at least in a fun area. Any suggestions? Thanks! Oh, and price IS a consideration, especially after I purchase that pricey wristband.... Travel Tips There's a Super 8 at I-35 and 12th street, which is walking distance from downtown (where 90% of the venues are). That's probably your cheapest bet.
