I jus t moved to Austin , TX and i really need a job. Does anyone know where I would most likely get hired? |
Travel Info I'm looking for retail jobs. I live somewhat near the greyhound of Austin and Highlands Mall. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciated. Travel Tips I recommend going to the place where you would like a job, and apply. Talk to the manager as you turn in your application. You'll get faster results than just sitting on here listening to rumors about who might be hiring. BTW-- Why give thumbs down about the Wal-Mart answer? They employ a hundred or so people at each store and ARE always hiring. I'm not recommending that's what you need to do, but hey...a job's a job. If the rent needs to be paid, Wal-Mart does pay REAL money. Others I had a friend you worked at Treadgills. I've been there a few times, and I love it. It's a restaurant. Im not sure what type of work ur looking for, but Austin is a great place to live. Have fun, and look for me stumbling down 6th Street Wal Mart is always hiring! Go to Highland Mall and just go store to store and ask who is hiring. Start at the stores you like best, so maybe you can get a good discount. |
