What is the best German restaurant in Berlin?

Hi,

I know Berlin is quite a cosmpolitan place with loads of international restaurants. But what if I want some real German cooking? I'll be staying in Mitte but happy to travel out to Prenz'berg, Kreuzberg, Schoneberg... Don't really want to spend more than 50 euros on a meal. Any suggestions?
