In the Bahamas, I'd have to go with Sandals Royal Bahamian, if you want an All Inclusive. Another option would be the RIU Paradise Island.

Also, not an All Inclusive, but very popular (I'm sure you've heard about it), and they do offer some meal plans, is Atlantis.

The Westin at Our Lucaya Beach and Golf Resort has the all-inclusive option available on Grand Bahama island.
Sandals in Nassau-Cable Beach is all-inclusive. Hotel Riu Paradise Island is also an all-inclusive.
