I assume you mean New Providence or Grand Bahamas) if it is an "unlocked" phone. Phones that Cingular sells are locked on the Cingular network. The Cingular network does have a service agreement with Batelco, but at someothing like $1.50 or more a minute. To use a Batelco or BTC SIM card, you need an unlocked GSM phone.
