Good restaurant in the Bahamas? |
Travel Info Can anyone recommend a good, authentic Bahamian restaurant in Freeport or Nassau? Travel Tips In Nassau there are many good restaurants but I really like: The Poop Deck The Marketplace(Buffet) Club Land'or Ocean Club Others believe it or not, Zorba's in freeport, although it usually serves Greek food only anywhere else, has AMAZING Bahamian food on the go :) The beef patties are so good! I like Billy Joe's on the beach on Lucaya (Freeport). You can eat conch fritters, drink beer, and listen to reggae then go take a nap on your beach towel. You sit right there and watch them cook and the people are so friendly. In Nassau, go to the local Fish Fry. Get some good grouper or try conch fritters for some local flavor. Make sure and smple Kalik, the local beer. Or you could always go to McDonald's. Are you sure at you to eat at Nassau? |
