If you want an all inclusive- do Beaches. Nassau Beach Hotel is OK for their standards but not the US standards. The Hotel Cassino next to Nassau Beach is about the same. BEWARE_ they steal things out of your luggabe and delay the planes while rummaging thru your stuff! I packed a watch and they stole it from my bag. Do NOT take anythig of value and remember- there is an EXIT fee of 30 dollars CASH per person if you take a prop plane/small jet over. The larger flights usually include this cost. If you want to pay big bucks, go to Atlantis.
Where in the Bahamas would you like to stay & what are your interests while on vacation?
You have touristy Nassau/Paradise Island which is on the island of New Providence. You will find a wide range of hotels, here are some examples; Atlantis on Paradise Island, Breezes, Sandals, Wyndham & Radisson on Cable Beach.
Then there is Freeport on Grand Bahama, more quite & laid back, there is Westin & Sheraton at Our Lucaya, Pelican Bay, Viva Wyndham Fortuna ( all-inclusive), plus a few more.
There are many other islands throughout, over 700, here's a few more,
