Can I travel to the Bahamas by cruise ship if I have a felony on my record? |

I don't know how a felony conviction will impact your ability to get a passport if your travel plans are in 2008. The most important question is do you have a passport? If you don't have a passport you can not travel outside of the US no matter what.
