Bring a lot of patience. Everything slows down the minute you get off the plane. "Island Time". Nobody is in hurry in the Bahamas. Check your bill to see if they added the tip. It will say service charge. You don't want to tip twice. If you get really good service you might want to add on another 5%.

Yes, to keep out of trouble in case of pickpocketers but that obviously applies everywhere. Bring sunblock, a jacket and pants just in case it gets cool. And all you should know is you'll have fun.
