In Bahrain can I rent a house for family of three persons for 350 DB per month (in Al-Juffair or Al-Adliyah)? |
Travel Info I am planning to move to Bahrain in near future. I was employed by a private company in Al-Juffair. They offerred me housing allowance of BD 350 per month only. By this allowance can I afford renting a house for the family? Travel Tips Yes you can rent a decent 2 bed room flat In juffair it is slightly difficult, but in adliya you may get one, because juffair is bit expensive than adliya I wounder if you company is allowing BD 350, why you want to share it with 3 persons, 3x350 you all may lead a wounderful life, any how it is your personal Try to stay in qudaibiya, um al hassam, or hoora those areas are also decent and near by 3 to 5 kms distance only BD 350 sometimes you may get semi furnished, some times fully furnished flat also you may get, for this you have to search bit hard in classifieds and specific realestate brokers. In juffair mainly apartments are found but in Adliyah rates can be very cheap. If someone else in your family has a job as well thats a plus but Bahrain is a cool place. Its quite competitive with Dubai however it just finished its Bahrain world trade center and its new mall....plus there's loadz of grocery shops and funland-ice kating and bowling combined.
