Hi im in the UK im 20 and male but Im looking for a company to take me on board for my work placement position Im studying - International Business and Management please can you tell me any companies that do take placement students from the UK??? so I can send them my CV and covering letter by e-mail Im asking as I feel that its likely I have missed out a lot of companies as im not a native and Ive probably missed out on some companies (personally Id love to work at the Grand Prix track in some capacity but the actual site for the track doesnt seem to have any good contact details) Travel Tips The guy above me is wrong only in the fact that Bahrain LOVES white people. White people truly run the country there, If you are white, expect to be well paid get a ticket home every year and generally even get a job without much experience... I have seen company's give precedence over the Bahraini for the white even when the Bahraini has more experience...I think they just like the friendly disposition of the Whites and foreigners compared to the locals... I advise you to post your resume at such Manpower agencies as: Mihnhati.com. Clarendonparker.com. Abco.com and I believe Bahrain is also on Monster.com... Clarendon Parker is the best. Check out their website!! Oh, I'm POSITIVE that the Grand Prix search Clarendon Parker for Employers....They advertise it in the local paper sometimes... Good Luck on your Job search!! I would suggest that maybe you try to concentrate on an industry sector like shipping or aviation, that is truly international and then you might just find a gap in the door. If you go for Aviation, try Bexair. Google them to get their website. its probably bexair.com they deal with executive aircraft charters and handling the same as well. they have their own terminal at the airport. good luck either way. I lived in Bahrain for 21 years, i wore my first nappy there!!!!!! I hope its still as great a place as it used to be |
