Road information from Bangalore to Goa?

Can anyone tell me the recent condition / safety on the following roads?
1. Bangalore - Hassan
2. Hassan - Mangalore
3. Mangalore - Karwar
4. Karwar - Margao

The road from bangalore to sakaleshpur through hassan which is NH 48 is very good, then from sakaleshpur to gundya, its bit damaged due to mine lorry's, then from mangalore to karwar, its OK can maintain the speed 80 kph aaram se, then from karwar to margoa its tooo good, but drive carefully the road is con jested not too wide.

no problem, road is excellent you can drive at 100-120 kmph easily
You may take up the N.H.No 4 route from bangalore to Goa.
Bangalore - Nedamangalam - Tumkur - Hiriyur - Chitradurga - Harihar - Hubli - Dharwar - londa - Astoli - Ponda - Pajani in total 579 Kms.

The route mentined by you is also fairly good and motorable.
