People are encouraged to use public transport. But other than less frequency, what about overcrowding? |
Travel Info BMTC have introduced Volvo buses, but they are too expensive, so expensive that even well-off persons cannot afford everyday. The effect multiplies due to this (because being expensive means not many people would travel, and as a result, the frequency would certainly be minimal). Could they reduce the fares of Volvo buses, or could they introduce more comfortable buses with less frill, and say, the cost is only 10-20% more than the ordinary buses, (and of course, banning of boris in these buses which occupy large space, and seems ugly sometimes) to bring balance between affordability and less crowding. Travel Tips They don't always go where I want to go either. Others Public transportation is a lie and a conspiracy to get people to like each other. Here in dallas we have the dart rail *electric train* its fast and comfortable, and good for the enviorment and not too expensive. exept in morning commutes gets very full Well I live in the south and public transportation is not a viable option at all, unless you do the call a cab, if you live in a non-uber urban area such as ATL I would not even suggest it it is just too risky with vagrants and such. me It's your wish you know you can go for cab or auto but public transport like bus is the safest one. |
