How can I get a work permit to work in Barbados? |
Travel Info I would like to live in Barbados working for 6 months, what visas or permits do I need and how do I get them? Also how do I stay there permanantly with citizenship? Travel Tips As with any place, a work permit is offered is there is no one with the specific qualifications to do he job. You can try contacting the Immigration Department on any job vacancies since employers have to apply for work permits for non-nationals through them. You did not say where you are coming from because I do not think that you need a visa if you are coming from USA, Canada or UK. Once upon a time you can just come herewith an ID card but you should check first. The numbers re 1-246-431-0801 for work permits or 1-246-431-0807. I do not see a web site listed.
