Travel Info
I was born in Barbados and was brought here as a child by my dad and at the age of 18 I went back for a vacation and since then have been feeling like I'm home sick or something. All I think about is Barbados. All my family in Canada says that I should stay here and save money and go down there later on in life but I'm not happy here. I have a son ( I also have full custody) and I have just gotten married to a man from Grenada (who also believes we should stay in Toronto to save up money as well). Everyone is saying that it is too expensive to live there and that there are not enogh jobs and I may not like it and have to come back. I only worry that my three year old son will feel the same resentment I felt for my father for taking me away from my country. So what should I do? I spend nights crying feeling like I want to go home. Will I get over this? When will the crying stop? If I go for another vacation I won't come back cause that is what almost happened last time. |
