not to sure about by plane ring the airlines direct , id say it will cost alot thought your best bet is to go by ferry hell of a lot cheaper ,
Shouldn't be a problem, though I'm not sure where egland is? Ha! Ha!. Think you mean England, so you'll still be in UK when you arrive in Belfast. You don't say how you want to travel. If you're flying, check with the airlines for their procedure. If you're travelling by car/ferry there will be no problem at all.
There shouldn't be a problem because Belfast is in the UK as is England, however I'd agree with the other answers and check with the airlines about their policy and prices.
you will have to have an approved dog box ,which will have to travel in the cargo hold ,all of which is expensive.The ferries are the better option.
