Travel Info Anyone been to Liege, Belgium... whats there to do? Travel Tips I haven't been there, though I've been to other Belgian cities (Brussels, Bruges, and Antwerp -- all incredibly beautiful, of course). For information on Liege, you might visit: http://www.visitbelgium.com/liege.htm... Other than that, Li猫ge is the birth city of the great Belgian classical composer C茅sar Franck (1822-1890). I would visit the city just for that sentimental reason ;)In Li猫ge, I don't know. But it is not far from the Belgian Ardennes and the F1 Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. An if you have a day to spare, don't miss a visit to the nearby Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. http://www.ont.lu/home-en.html Liege city is not the best place to visit unless you wanna have some fun and agood smoke:) if you are in that area, visit smaller town, it is a pretty region. Or go to HUY or Namur |
