Info on brugge christmas market?

Travel Tips
Hm, no information yet on the site of Brugge, but normally the market starts somewhere 10 days before Christmas, and I think it goes on till new year (but I'm not sure since I don't live in Brugge anymore).

The Christmas market is located at the market square (surrounded with nice old buildings and the nice bell tower) and on the Simon Stevins place. On the Market square there is a ice-skating-piste. You can drink warm wine and other nice drinks, and eat delicious local things.

Personally I don't like Christmas market, but I know Brugge is wonderfull in the winter, and there are nice shops also. Source(s): http://www.pandhotel.com/eventse.htm... This site will publish the correct dates when they are published

Other Travel Tips
Not worth going to Brugge for the Christmas markets alone. We did this last year and were disappointed in them. They are nothing special. A few stalls with cheap trinkets and handmade wooden toys. Nothing you couldn't easily get elsewhere. Having said that ... Brugge is a wonderful city anyway and well worth a visit.
Yes, there is also a Christmas market in Bruges.
But,.... don't go. Its terrible, its smells to sauciness, hot dogs, ..., terrible music, cold and raining,...
The whole market disturbed the magnificent view of the marketplace before the Belfort.
So,... its your choice
