So in an hour and half you can do the way, you can visit Luxembourg during 7-8 hours and go back in Bruxelles. Others 3 hours Belgium is touching Luxembourg, you just have to step over the border. Holland is just the other side of Belgium. Train will get you there very fast. Use mapquest.com, will give you driving times. By train, anything from minutes to 3 hours maximum.
