If I'm traveling from Brussels to Ghent, which train station do I use in Brussels? |
Travel Info Or is it easier by coach and if so, does anyone know where I would catch one? Travel Tips depends where you are in brussels, but you can get a train to ghent in all major stations. bussels central station is in the centre of the city (of course) but you can also go to brussels midi (south of the centre) or to brussels nord (north of the centre. from north to central will take you about 4 minutes by train, as will from central to south. from south to ghen, it will take about 30 minutes. in ghent you will have severale stations. sint pieter is the biggest and is close to the centre enjoy your trip! go to http://www.b-rail.be/main/E/ to check out the time table Others not sure which station, but its only 35 minutes by train http://www.railbookers.com/breaks/guides... I've used the train station at the airport. It is just downstairs ... I seem to remember that it is a direct train. Zavantem,Brussels International Airport,The station is in the basement,trains are every half hour,Nice place Gent,Enjoy. Brussels has 3 main train stations: Brussels Central (closest to the Grand Place), Brussels Midi and Brussels North. It depends on where you're coming from... The trip to Gent is very fast, from either one of this stations is about 20/30 minutes... any one you want train |
