Brussels for the weekend: suggestions please? |
Travel Info I'm going to Brussels this weekend from Friday morning/Sunday afternoon staying about 300 metres from Place de Luxembourg. What are the must sees/dos and any interesting suggestions for a good weekend? Thanks Travel Tips They have some hop on hop off tour busses. You could circle on that and hit a lot of sites, and get a quick intro to the city and see what catches your eye. Then go eat a waffle with strawbeeries and chocolate near the grand market square which will be decorated for the hollidays. Others You MUST go to Pierre Marcolini chocolate shop. They were voted the best chocolate in the WORLD in two seperate surveys :-))) If you do, please send me some. I miss it terribly now I dont live near there. http://www.marcolinichocolatier.com... You HAVE to see the Market place !! " La grand place " . There is a lot to see in Brussels . If you are staying in a hotel , ask for a Brussels guide . |
