In Brussels the best restaurants are "in the RUE DU BOUCHERS (vleeshouwerstraat) their expensive , but there are Michelin star restaurants...so you need a big wallet or a good credit card.
In Brugges at the squares look for the composed menus not so expensive.Have a nice meal and happy New year!
