Brussels...2?

Travel Info
If you to convince me to move to Brussels what would you say and why?

Travel Tips
It is difficult to convince anybody of anything, Xico...
Suppose you don't like it here?
I would like to tell you however that as I know you speak and write fluently at least two languages beside your own, you can learn a third one, French, quite easily, as it is close to both Spanish and English...
The average French is very understandable to the Frenchies, believe me. (if spoken by French-spoken Belgians, honestly some of the Flemish's are also very fluent but as there are some political issues the young Flemish prefer to learn English.)
Antwerp is not really an option as I told you before and for those very political reasons.
It is not far and you can go there by train as well as to the other Flemish cities. Which are splendid.
I am myself living near one and as I speak fluently the language, I never had the slightest problem... except in Antwerp where good is never good enough if they spot an accent!
OK!
I never plan to tell you so, but when I see what some people repeatedly say about my country I feel aggravated.
I have travel quite a lot and lived in some other places... like Glasgow, Chania (Crete), Tourettes (France), Eilat (Israel), Breda (Netherlands) and so on... I liked all those places and not more Belgium than them but not least either...
So, beside all what I already told you, I am planning to ask my family and friends what comes to their minds when I say: Brussels!
This night I could only think of the Atomium, sorry.

About Solvay:
Go to Yahoo search and :
Erasmus exchange students: Solvay Business school...
From there go to link 4 or 5 :Free University of Brussels (PDF)
You will find that you have to enter an application from your own University to be able to find accomodations...
The lowest price is around 200 euros.
If you go living outside Brussels, it might be a bit less expensive but then you'll have fares to pay... Source(s): Erasmus exchange students: Solvay Business school

Other Travel Tips
Ive been there, its an old typical European city, beautiful architecture, lots of character, and lots of nice sites to see.
I'm not sure about the real estate but they have lots of amenities for tourists e.g. lavish hotels, restaurants and good for fashion, its purely up to you whether you decide to live there but its a wonderful European city
Hope this inspires you............
Close to a lot of counties, if you like to travel. Lots of museums and historic places to visit, Grand Place, great restaurants and bars, not a stressful life, people in Belgium like to take the time to appreciate things that matter.
Please think twice it's not really nice to live here in Belgium.
I would never try to convince a foreigner to move to Brussels. If you want a big city in Belgium, Antwerpen, Gent and Brugge are cheaper, cleaner, nicer, and Antwerpen is actually much bigger than Brussels. The Flemish suburbs of Brussels are nice, and the medieval college town of Leuven doubles as a Brussels suburb and a provincial capital in its own right. It has Belgium's biggest and oldest universities.

Also, nowhere in Europe is language more of a problem than in Brussels. Foreigners often think Belgium speaks French. Wrong. The southern half is french-speaking (32% of the population), the northern half (Flanders) is Dutch-speaking (61% of the population). The small city of Brussels (161 km虏, 62 sq. miles) is located within Flanders and has both languages!

To work in Brussels, you need to speak Dutch, French and English... or clean the toilets.

Oh, and unemployment hits 20% of the population already.
Well except the Flemish they speak mostly in Brussels, it is a WONDERFUL city to live in.

you will find ther all you were looking for
