You will need to go to the Netherlands for it. If you are in Brussels, you can reach a major Dutch city within one hour. Others BRU has much more to offer than Amster No, Brussels don't sell that. Take the train from brussels it's about 3,5 hours(normal train) or the fast one(expensive) about a hour. Beware! It's not allowed to take it in Belgium so you will have to use it Holland. Drug controle on the trains! Nope, go to Amsterdam! No, it's illegal to sell drugs in Belgium. You better go to Amsterdam, it's not far from Brussels but you can't enter Belgium with drugs. If you only want coffeshops, go to holland. In Belgium there are rather strict controles on trains and on the main roads to holland , I would not advice you to take some into Belgium being a foreigner. Visit Brussels, have chocolate, make a stopover in Antwerp and next day, go to Amsterdam and enjoy some spacecake or whatever in a coffeshop. If you have time, enjoy both capitals.
