Other than the Grote Markt and the Manneken Pis, is there anything worth seeing in Brussels?

Travel Tips
Plenty.
the area around the grand place is lovely in it's own right.
Visit the shops in the galleries du roy/reine
You can head over to the vossenplein to visit the most typical part of brussels. Every morning they hold a flea market there and the square is surrounded by a lot of typical cafes that serve good food and drink at low price.
A little upwards from the grand place you have the government area with a lot of interesting buildings and of course the royal palace. heading back down don't hesitate to stop and see the clock and the mont des arts/ kunstberg. Feel free to go shopping in the nieuwstraat or if you like leather goods try the gallery agoria just off the grand place. A few good pointers for good food. Don't go into the restaurants in the rue des bouchers. rip off prices for medium quality food. go to the rue rollebeek just off the place sablon, nice typical food for acceptable prices or visit the marche aux poissons for good seafood. Alternatively the restaurants round the rue A Orts have some nice foreign restaurants and good cafes. Any other interests just let me know and I'll be happy to advise Source(s): Belgian and proud of it

Sprouts.
The Manneken Pis isn't really worth the time...

Still lovely city, good food, just enjoy being away!
Not really! I went there with my boyfriend recently for a long weekend (Fri - Mon) - it was lovely but really there wasn't a great deal of things to do. You could easily while away a day though just taking a walk through the streets of the old town, some lovely little cafes and restaurants - and of course you must try one of the yummy belgian waffles that they sell on the street. Delicious! But although it is a beautiful city, you couldn't stay there for longer than three or four nights.
The Tin Tin shop is worth a look if your old enough to drink the beers are fantastic
Yes there's that strange building that's made out of spherical shapes put together like an atom structure, and it's called The Atomium I think. It's some kind of a museum, not far from the centre of the city and on a tram route so easy to get to - and can be seen from afar.
