American attorney applying for position in Belgium, advice on CV? |
Travel Info I am trying to get a job in Brussels, have practiced in the US for nine years. Understand I need a CV as opposed to resume. Any advice for getting a position and what to put in the CV? Travel Tips To put on CV: personal info (name, address, phone no), language skills, educational background (which schools, graduation year, diploma's), work history (previous employers, job titles etc). Normally if your really a attorney and practiced 9 years it would not be a problem. Also if you have the skills of attorney you should now the answers. Why not ask an Attorney in Belgium ? I'm sure they will provide you with the necessary answers . Try www.gelegids.be , and you can look it up in English . Look for Lawyers , and in Brussels or maybe Antwerp ( I'm sure they are better with English ) . Select one and send an email with your question . Belgian people are very helpful ( they are the best ) I'm a Belgian and used to work with Lawyers . |
