Travel Tips
Correct me if I'm wrong but the asker is requesting AN AGENCY.
If you are staying in Antwerp go to Pam Vermeulen, Jezusstraat, Antwerpen, or to Wagons Lits Cook , Meir Antwerpen. Both are downtown , have a website, and organize excursions to various points in Belgium. PS The suggestions from the previous answers cover indeed the most interesting points. The star destination in Belgium is without doubt Brugge (BRUges) : canals, lace and medieval mansions; dont miss it.On the other hand dont take the excursion to Waterloo: it is not worth it: just wheat fields with an artificial hill with a metal lion on top. Have a nice vacation in my country.

Others
If I had 10 days I would spend it like this.

Amsterdam, the Netherlands 2 days (2:30 hrs by Thalys from Brussels)
Paris, France 3 days (1:30 hrs by Thalys from Brussels)
Cologne German 1 day (2:30 hrs by Thalys from Brussels)

Best city (for tourism!) is Antwerp, the most museums of the world in one place, we have 80 here included the nice churches.
We have also antique markets and a lot of shopping streets.
Also a nice harbor, frequent cruise ships here for sure in the summer season.
Other good place to visit is Ghent, also old city a lot to see and shopping (good restaurants).
Brussels , mainly for the restaurants in the Rue du Bouchers restaurant Comme Chez Soi is there a Michelin restaurant.
Grand place is worth to visit and the flea market at Vossenplein.
Hope you enjoy Belgium as tourist , it's worth to visit to life in not.
When you go to disco's/clubs never leave your drinks unattended and keep a eye on your luggage at all time.
