Belgium visa?

i am married to a ducth man, a filipina citizen and got a residence identity card for 5 years, but it will get expire this coming June. And I am planning to go back in July do i have to go to the embassy here in Philippines to get new visa or can i go to belgium before the expiration date without any problem?.
And i am also legally seperated 5 yrs ago from this dutch man,not divorce yet,but i have another child with a new friend how can I bring my child to belgium because I want to visit my other 2 daughters who is studying in belgium stayed with their father.Please help me what is the best thing to do.Have still my identity card with me and existing address but Im no living there anymore.I remain for now and waiting for your reply ..Thanks a lot
