Belgium and Luxembourg - hypermarkets - for tobacco run? |
Travel Info which is better. the belgium one or luxembourg one, and who has done it. Where in Belgium do we go to? or which is cheaper, and or faster to get to from Manchester, UK Travel Tips Cigarettes & Tobacco are cheaper here in Luxembourg. When I take my brother 10 packs of Golden Virginia, he saves some ridiculous amount of money like 拢80 or 拢100 :) If you're flying, then as there's a Ryanair flight to Bruxelles, you may as well go there, but remember you then have to get from Charleroi to Luxembourg to do your shopping, so I'd say if you're going to fly into Belgium, do your shopping there as otherwise you need to get 2 trains taking 3 hours plus to get to Luxembourg! If you can get a cheap flight into Frankfurt Hahn, then there is a cheap bus service that takes 2 hours to get to Luxembourg City Center where you can do your shopping! So check the flight prices on SkyScanner.net and the coach prices on easybycoach.com then you can work it out considering cigarettes are around 鈧?.50 here in Luxembourg. But if there is a Ryanair route, you might as well go to Brussels. One tip: Hotel rooms are much cheaper on week-ends. Have a smoke and chill out Luxemburg and nicer too. At the Belgian coast there are quite a lot of Tobacco Outlets. One can be find on the road near Ostend Airport, but most are situated in Adinkerke Luxembourg |
