Travel Info Does Belgium have any nuclear reactors in their country? Travel Tips Yes we do But the government has a plan to dismantle them in the future Others 2 : Boel and Tihange Yes we have and not only that, we have also dangerous factories on the left side of Antwerp. Factories and the big industry is very powerful here in Belgium even a village called " Doel" has to move so people where actually kicked out, that's Belgium! I'm living here in this country. Yes in Doel there is one, I could see them every day from my backyard. The little village next to the plant has been cleared or have plan to be cleared. Which is a shame for Flemish history. You used to be able to catch a ferry in Lilo and go to Doel on a like 10 minute trip. Lovely little village and such a waste. The government was also planning on giving out tablets in case of a disaster to close villages like the one I lived in. I have been to Belgium twice and I know they have two nuclear power plants. Maybe that is why all the highways are lighted at night (good for the traffic). |
