I'm not sure you really want to find a girlfriend and then have to leave town in a few days. I guess that you might be able to meet girls at a bar or club. Or, just take a cruise through the many canals and enjoy the sights of Brugge (and the fine chocolates, of course) and then find a girl in the UK. To have a happy relationship, you have to bring happiness to the relationship, so take care of yourself.
Near the Train station in Brussels you will find what you are looking for. Brugge is a other town.
