My husband is a german and i m from UAE, He has his first wife germany, Can he call in germany. IS it legal to have to wivies in germany??? Pls help.

I am German and it is not legal to have two wives in Germany. He would have to divorce his first wife first. But in the UAE it is legal isn麓t it? So you could life there.

He is still married to a german women? or is he divorced.

He can get divorced and marry again, but it is not allowed to have two wives at the same time. The second marriage will not be right.

It is illegal in Germany for German citizens to marry more than one wife.
If he married you in the UAE, then he has committed a crime (bigamy) by German law and your marriage is not legally recognized. If he renounced his citizenship and became a citizen of the UAE and married you under islamic law, then it'd be a different story.
You should contact the authorities in Germany and find out whether he is still legally married. If he is and his wife finds out, she'll probably file for divorce.

The Land of Martin Luther only permits multiple wives serially not simultaniously....and Germans are notoriously expert record keepers....
* If he legally divorced his first wife, it is legal. It is not legal in Germany to have two wives simultaneously (at the same time). So you are not legally considered his wife; and he is considered a criminal.
