I wouldn't recommend it. People running around naked, making out on the street, having sex in bushes and you will see condoms on the ground everywhere, and I also heard that the one time there was a crazy guy running around with a needle that was HIV infected and he pierced some people with that and now they have Aids. I don't know if this story was true though.

It depends on the family. The Love Parade is the World's biggest homosexual gathering - if your family can handle that then OK.
Not if you have small children.
It will be fine during the parade but when the floats stop and the party starts there shouldnt be kids around.
