Where can I buy a new copy of roots by Alex Haley in Berlin? |
Travel Info I am in desperate need of a copy of roots. Does any know where I can find it in Berlin or online? I don't have a credit card so I can't order it. Other Travel Tips Amazon.com... get a paypal.com account to order the book (they take alternative forms of payment). Basically, any bookstore should be able to order it for you. Often, they can get books in within a day or two, but sometimes it takes a bit longer - just go to you closest book store and ask. :) If you live in Germany, I would make an order at http://www.amazon.de (Amazon in Germany) or try it at http://www.booxtra.de (they even doesn't charge for shipping!!!). If you order at Amazon.com in the U.S., you have to pay import tariffs!!! And most German bookstores also can order a copy of "Roots" for you within 24 hours as well...and they doesn't charge you for this at all. amazon.de gut |
