The ultimate restaurant experience in Bermuda is at the Newport Room at the Fairmont Southampton Resort - 7 courses with 7 accompaning wines. It will set you back a few hundred dollars, but the food, service, amibience is worth it. Other good pics are the Lido at Elbow Beach - recently reopened after Hurricane Fabian. L'Oriental in Hamilton. Cafe Gio (one of my favourites) in St. Georges. And if you are looking for the best burgers I suggest The Hog Penny in Hamilton or North Rock Brewery in Smiths.
