Travel Tips
There's an old expression, "getting old is a blip, and then you die". Part of how you age depends on your life style but a big part is your genes. If you have a family history of ailments, you will at some point probably get them also. I am over 62 and in pretty good shape, but I don't feel anywhere like I did 10 years ago. Getting old is a blip.
