For just chilling out and watching people, go to the Swizzle Inn, sit on the patio and drink a pitcher (or 2 or 3) of swizzles. Sure, it's touristy, but it's touristy for a reason - it's just plain cool to sit there and drink. Take a business card to tack up on the wall, and take a magic marker - they encourage graffiti.

In Hamilton, try Docksider's on Front Street for nightlife, or Little Venice on Bermudiana Road for a cool wine bar.

A great one is the chancery wine bar on chancery lane in Hamilton. If Delvin still works their tell him Dean and Valerie from San Francisco say hi (visted about 4 years ago with American Express convention tall guy with glasses and a wild redhead). He's a great guy, a great bartender - he makes these great fresh fruit drinks that are so delicious. He's won awards in bartending competitions for them. It's a fairly small place so it's nice, the restaurant attached is good too, we had Tuna tartar that was great.

Even if Delvin's not still there it's a charming place, with good wine too. Though if you hear Delvin's working somwhere else, go there too.
