Travel Tips Easiest way will be to cut out simple carbs (flour, bread, sugar, etc), drink lots of water, and do at least an hour of cardio everyday. Others not possible at least without some kinda drug or "protein shake" it takes one week for any effects of workout to kickin fully 2 weeks = not enough time if your just looking to loose weight to look better for your cruise. i recomment the lemonade diet at the below site . I just came off of it after 15 days for a wrestling competition. I lost 17 lbs and I was not following it whole heartedly for 5 of those days.
