Everyone says Horseshoe Bay, and I'm sure it's awesome, but the smaller beaches along the same coast are less crowded, and in my opinion, lots more fun. They have the same coral and fish to see, and the surf tends to be higher, which is nice if you like swimming/body surfing. You can get to the beaches by walking on the paths along the shore.
