Sending teen to England. What southern US airports offer direct flights to UK? Prefer BHX Birmingham if poss.? |
Travel Info Nervous Mom about to put 18 year old on flight to UK. Have had too many international flights delayed or cancelled on me to wish that on my child. I want to put her on the plane and have her depart in England. No stops. Having trouble with online searches. Can't seem to find any direct non-stop flights. We live in Alabama. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. Travel Tips If you live in Alabama then the most accesable airport for you would be Atlanta Intl. there are some Non-stop flights from the U.S. to Birmingham, U.K. all offered by Continental Airlines. Have her fly Atlanta-Newark-Birmingham that is the most simple way for her actually the only way lol. Hope this helps. =) Others you can't find any direct flights to bhx from the us because there are none. the answerer above has the easiest solution (pick that answer as best). continental is very good, ewr newark and bhx birmingham are very good. i travel through them regularly and believe she's in very good hands. try not to worry. your daughter will be fine. hope she enjoys her trip ;) Modified 1 year ago |
