What is it like living in Birmingham. ?

I have not lived there in 26 years. My parents moved me to Canada when I was 10 in 1980. I've been back there 3 times since then. My memories are good though since I was on holiday. I'd like to know what it is really like to live there. I lived in West Heath when I lived there from 1970 -- 1980 . I was born there in Selley Oak Hospital.
