Others
The Black Country Towns are not so Great!
But Coventry is possibly right there with them as well!!
Definately West Bromwich, and there isnt anything there that could please the eye, Wolverhampton is making the effort to clean up its image, Contrary to myth-there are parts of Coventry that are pleasant, the old medieval area that hitlers luftwaffe have missed in the town center!
personal knowledge
Wolverhampton or Coventry. West Bromwich has been improved dramatically over the years. Yes there are a few dodgy areas but it's like that whichever town you go to.
own experience
Well, Coventry and Wolverhampton are cities, so technically they can not be named the dirtiest town. This brings us to West Bromwich, which is clearly not ugly as it has beautiful purple health care buildings.
