Staying in Birmingham on saturday day and night.
Any suggestions on where to go and what to do.
We do like to drink as well as being cultured.

i was in birmingham today !
you can go to the cinema , sea world, , there are about a 100 clubs and bars , and chinatown , so i dont think you will have may problems in that area , theres the NEC which will prob have a concert on or exbhidition, there are also a cuple of theatres, thats all in the town centre theres alot more if your willing to travel out a bit more xx

I've only been to birmingham a couple of times...It's quite good for shopping...There are lots of interlinking shopping centres and quite a long highstreet. You could go to Bourneville and check out the cadbury's factory, that is pretty fun and interesting, also good to know that some things are still produced in the UK! Can't help you on the drinking front but there is the Birmingham NEC arena so you could check out what attractions are all there or what gigs are on in the area...Sorry I can't help more...good luck and have fun!
