What town or city would be a halfway point (driving) between Boston MA and Madison CT?

If you take the most direct route, which is the Mass Pike (I-90) to exit 10 I-395 to I-95, it's somewhere in rural northeastern Connecticut, Putnam or Danielson.

If you're planning to get together with someone, I agree with the suggestion to meet in Providence RI, which is about equally far from each, not too far out of the way, and has a heck of a lot more to do and places to eat. Source(s): been there
